Shipping & Returns

We’re happy to take it back and exchange it within a 7-day period if it meets the following criteria:

it's in good condition and all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.

In line with global returns standards, white coloured items are not eligible for returns.

It is within seven (7) days from the day you received your package

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 7 days of the day you received your package and with a valid receipt only if you received a wrong, damaged or defective item.

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, it must be reported and returned within 7 (SEVEN) days of delivery.

We recommend that you keep the original packaging material to ensure a smooth and easy return.

Return items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

We are not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

Please keep your proof of purchase, proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your returned items.

You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

We will accept returns for store credit only within 7 business days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

This policy does not apply to items branded as final sale items and cannot be exchanged.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 48-72 hours before processing.

Hand Wash

Garment may be washed through the use of water, detergent, or soap and gentle hand manipulation.

Bleach Care Instruction

Do Not Bleach

No need of using any bleach 

Dry Care Instruction

Tumble Dry- Normal or Medium Heat

A machine dryer may be regularly used here at a maximum of Medium Heat setting.

Tumble Dry- Gentle

A machine dryer may be regularly used here only at the Gentle setting.

Line Dry

Hang damp garments from line or bar, in or outdoors.

Drip Dry

Hang dripping wet garment from line or bar, in or outdoors, without hand shaping or smoothing.

Dry Flat

Here, layout horizontally for drying.

Iron Care Instruction

Iron Type- Low/Medium Temp

Regular ironing by using steam or dry may be performed here at Low or Medium setting (110C, 230F) only.
